This is a 2D top-down by Andymente, a long-established free game circle in Japan. It is free to play including the online part (some equipment is charged for campaign). There are some parts that are not localized, but the rules are the same as those of the encampment type FPS, so there should be no problem in playing. There is also an offline tutorial and a stage clear mode aiming for a high score.
The online population of this game is small and your participation will be very welcome as long as you do not engage in any hostile or illegal activity against the game itself.The operation method is simple, WASD key or cross key moves, firing is Z key or mouse right click.
